Welcome to Debbie Zacarian, Ed.D., and Associates, LLC’s (“Zacarian Consulting”) online learning platform (the “Platform”). Please review the following terms and conditions before purchasing or accessing our professional development courses.

The Platform is available to visitors conditioned upon acceptance of all terms, conditions, and notices contained herein, and the use of the Platform by any such visitor constitutes acceptance of all such terms, conditions, and notices. Zacarian Consulting reserves the right to modify or update any and all of the terms, conditions, and notices at its discretion without prior notice to visitors. Zacarian Consulting reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Platform or any visitor’s access to the Platform at any time without notice.

Please note that by enrolling in our courses or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.   Ownership of the Platform
  • You are hereby granted a limited license to access and make use of the Platform for its intended use. You shall not modify it or any portion of it. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its contents, any derivative use of the Platform or its contents, any downloading or copying of account information, or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. The Platform or any portion of it may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any purpose without the express written consent of Zacarian Consulting.
2.   Eligibility & Account Use
  • You must be 18+ or have a parent/guardian’s consent to register.
  • You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.   Intellectual Property
  • All course content, materials, and media are owned by Zacarian Consulting and protected by copyright law.
  • You may not reproduce, share, or publicly distribute any content without prior written permission.
  • Sharing login information or course materials is prohibited.
4.   Course Access

–       Enrollment provides access to the registered user only.

–       Access may be revoked for violation of these Terms or unauthorized use.

5.   Payments

–       Payment is required in full at checkout.

  • Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.
  • For institutional or agency payments, email courses@zacarianconsulting.com.
  • You are responsible for any payment processing fees as listed in our refund section.
6.   Refund Policy
– Self-Paced Courses

Refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase..

Refunds are not issued if:

  • Any module has been accessed or completed.
  • Course materials have been downloaded.
  • The course was accessed through free enrollment, scholarship, or discount.
  •  You request a partial refund or partial PD hours.
–  Live Courses

Refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase and before the course start date.
Partial refunds and partial PD hours are not available.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Zacarian Consulting shall not be obligated to provide refunds, and the decision of whether or not to provide a refund shall be within the sole discretion of Zacarian Consulting. To request a refund, email courses@zacarianconsulting.com. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via Stripe or the original payment method, minus applicable Stripe fees.-

7.   User Conduct
  • You agree not to:
    – Use the platform for illegal purposes.
    – Attempt unauthorized access to the site or course content.
    – Disrupt or interfere with the site’s functionality or security.
  • We may include links to third-party resources. Zacarian Consulting is not responsible for its content or services.
9.   Limitation of Liability
  • In no event shall Zacarian Consulting, nor any of its officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees, be liable to any visitor for any damages, costs, claims, or liability arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise, and Zacarian Consulting, including its officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to the use of the Platform.
10.    Indemnification
  • Each visitor hereby agrees to indemnify, save, and hold harmless Zacarian Consulting and its representatives, agents, and employees, as well as exhibitors of the Platform, and to defend against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, (including reasonable attorney’s fees) to the full extent provided by law caused by, arising out of, or resulting from, wholly or in part, your posts, unauthorized or authorized use of material obtained through the Platform or from your breach of the terms, conditions, and notices, Federal, or state law. 10.   • These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.

  • If any provision of these terms, conditions, and notices is deemed invalid by a court of law with jurisdiction over the matter, then the invalid portion will be superseded by a valid provision bearing the intent of the original provision, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

  • Zacarian Consulting respects visitors’ right to privacy and is committed to safeguarding the information collected. This Collection & Use of Information Notice explains how The Platform collects, utilizes, discloses, and protects visitor information in connection with the use of the Platform. This Collection & Use of Information Notice extends only to information collected through the Platform. Zacarian Consulting reserves the right to update or revise this Collection & Use of Information Notice at any time.
  • Zacarian Consulting may collect Personal Information from visitors of the Platform for a variety of reasons. Personal Information collected is limited to the email addresses of Platform visitors. The Platform uses visitor email addresses for various purposes, including but not limited to responding to visitor requests, communicating directly with visitors, monitoring and providing the service, maintaining visitor accounts, ensuring compliance with terms, conditions, and notices, and providing visitors with advertising and non-advertising content that Zacarian Consulting believes would be of interest to visitors.
  • Zacarian Consulting will refrain from the sale, license, trade, rent or other distribution of visitors’ Personal Information, except as required by law or other circumstances as set forth herein. Zacarian Consulting may disclose Personal Information under the following circumstances: (i) To enforce the terms, conditions, and notices of Zacarian Consulting; (ii) In the good faith belief that disclosure is required by Federal and/or state law; (iii) If reasonably necessary to conform to legal process, respond to subpoenas or court orders, or defend against any claims brought against Zacarian Consulting; (iv) To protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Platform visitors, exhibitors, or the public; and (v) In the event of a sale or acquisition, merger, or transfer of Zacarian Consulting assets if permitted by and completed in accordance with applicable law. If you do not consent to our collection of your Personal Information, your access to the Platform may be restricted.
